Commercial Moving Process Intake

Upon initial quote request we will contact you to find out more details about moving your office. We will provide you quote depending on a size of your office. Generally for a smaller office consisting of few cubicles we use our low, all-inclusive hourly rates as with local moves. However, when it comes to larger, more complex relocations we will send one of our moving agents to inspect your property and make a detailed inventory of your office space. Upon inspection we will issue our all-inclusive estimate and provide a proposal and a moving plan outlining the details of your move. When it comes to the commercial/office relocations you may help us by instructing your employees to gather all loose items into the moving boxes. We can deliver boxes or crates ahead of time. Alternatively you may consider hiring us to professionally pack everything, including wall art and statues. Upon everything is packed and wrapped, office contents are transferred to the moving truck (s) and delivered to the new location.
